Are you looking to have unflattering microbladed or permanent makeup eyebrows corrected or removed? Are your eyebrows saturated with pigment color that needs lifting before you can get amazing new brows? Has your eyebrow tattoo turned a different color over time and you no longer find it flattering or you just want a fresh start?
Unfortunately there are some brow tattoos that can't be covered or corrected without being lightened or removed. As a professionally trained Botched Ink® technician, I can help you with your journey to a fresh start. This includes emergency removal if your freshly tattooed eyebrows turned out completely wrong.
What is Non-Laser Tattoo Color Lifting?
Non-Laser Tattoo Color Lifting using Botched Ink® is the process of applying a gentle saline solution into the skin that lighten the old pigment color enough to do a cover-up or removes the color so we can start with a clean canvas. Botched Ink® is a saline solution that closely resembles the skins natural pH, this means it’s gentle on the skin. During treatment there’s no lingering burn or sting, just a short mild sting towards the end of the treatment. This lets us know we’ve soaked the skin sufficiently for the best removal.
Botched Ink® quickly dries out the treated area and any pigment healed into that skin;. Pigment is then lifted and removed during the skins natural healing process. Botched Ink® causes minimal inflammation or irritation, so the healing process it pretty non- eventful. There’s a bonus too, a Botched Ink® dried out skin scab is shades of brown, a great color for eyebrows. You might even get complimented on your new brows!
How long will it take to see results?
Any kind of tattoo removal is a process and Botched Ink® is no different. Although we’ve seen some great results after just one session, most clients will see the best improvements after 2-3 sessions. It’s worth mentally and financially committing to a course of 3 treatments before starting the process. During the consultation we can assess how easily the pigment is likely to remove from your skin., but we can’t give you an exact number of sessions it will take to fully remove unwanted pigment and, you’ll be able to understand the process. We find this so helps clients.
How long do I wait between treatments?
Each treatment is scheduled out eight weeks.
** You must wait a minimum of 4 months after your last treatment before having brows tattooed again.
This is necessary to give the skin time to completely heal completely and settle to the lightest possible color.
The photo are results of one healed treatment.
It is time to say so long to that unflattering brow tattoo.
